Harnham is hiring a Product Data Analyst to shape product decisions for a consumer-facing mobile platform used by millions. You will design, execute, and analyze A/B tests with Product, and own Mixpanel events, dashboards, and self-service reporting.

This role focuses on product analytics rather than a traditional data science track. You will partner with Product Managers, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable product insights while communicating clearly with stakeholders across

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in product analytics or a similar analytics role
• Hands-on A/B testing design, execution, analysis, and recommendations
• Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude for product analytics
• Strong SQL skills to query and analyze product data
• Proven ability to partner with Product Managers and influence product decisions

Responsabilités

• Partner closely with Product Managers to identify product opportunities, define success metrics, and turn business questions into measurable experiments.
• Design and execute A/B tests, including hypothesis development, experiment setup, audience definition, metric selection, analysis, and recommendations.
• Evaluate experiment results using rigorous analytical methods; clearly communicate findings, tradeoffs, limitations, and next steps to product stakeholders.
• Help establish and improve experimentation standards, including test design, measurement frameworks, documentation, and post-test learnings.
• Own and enhance the Mixpanel analytics environment, ensuring teams can confidently access product performance insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and self-service analytics resources for Product and cross-functional teams.
