Job summary

Axiom is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to advise leading technology clients from development through launch. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management to navigate legal and commercial risks.

In this role, you will review global products and features, help build consensus on new features and programs, and stay current on privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel.
Experience taking on complex projects.
Active bar license for the state of residence; engineers with a law degree are encouraged to apply.
Preference for in-house tech company experience.

Responsibilities

Counsel several sophisticated global technology clients.
Provide legal advice to teams from R&D, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Advertising Sales, and Communications from development to launch.
Support business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch.
Review global products and features to mitigate legal risk and align with company goals.
Stay up to date on privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws and regulations.
