Qualifications

• JD, LL.B., or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in the state of location.

Responsibilities

• Act as product counsel for Ads products, features, and policies and provide legal advice to cross-functional teams.
• Advise product and engineering teams on global regulations across privacy, competition, content, and kids regulations, including GDPR and US state laws.
• Develop and maintain legal strategy for advertising practices related to user data, ads personalization, and consent/ transparency frameworks.
• Develop and maintain legal strategy for competition inquiries and restrictions in global AdTech matters.
• Prepare responses and defenses for regulatory inquiries in major markets with regulatory affairs teams.
