Qualifications

• JD or equivalent degree and bar admission in the state where the position is located.
• 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
• Experience with political law enforcement and compliance issues, including federal, state, and local gift rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of the political law compliance programs, focusing on US federal, state, and local laws pertaining to government ethics.
• Provide timely, practical legal advice to stakeholders across Google, including public policy, commercial legal, and product teams.
• Design and manage user-focused and scalable compliance processes and training.
• Assist with other compliance programs as requested.
