Snap Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Communications to lead product and feature storytelling for Snapchat and SPECS. You will translate complex technology into clear narratives and build strong media relationships.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with Product, Marketing, Policy, and Legal to shape campaigns, briefs, and executives' appearances across major launches and initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in communications or related field.
• Experience in consumer technology, media, or fast-moving consumer business is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute communications strategies for major products, features, launches, and initiatives across Snapchat and SPECS.
• Identify proactive stories that show how people use our products and build broader understanding of Snap.
• Translate complex technology updates into simple narratives for media, consumers, and partners.
• Draft messaging, Newsroom posts, FAQs, pitches, briefing materials, and prepare executives for media moments.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Policy, and Legal to coordinate campaigns and communications.
