Scope: Integrated project management across every Growth & Innovation project, from intake through launch, spanning Portfolio Strategy and Commercial Strategy teams

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Product Commercialization Manager keeps every Growth & Innovation project on one clear plan. Working across our Portfolio Strategy and Commercial Strategy teams, this role connects owners, timelines, dependencies, and decisions from the moment a request comes in through first ship. You will manage intake, build integrated plans with project leads, coordinate stage gates timing among various projects, serve as the primary liaison to Sales, and make progress and risks visible to Sr. Director. Project leads own the recommendations and outcomes; you own the integrated plan, coordination, and visibility that keep delivery on track and resources appropriately allocated. This is a new role on a newly combined team, so you will also help put lasting business processes into practice as we scale.
With innovation at the heart of Suja Life, this role puts you at the center of how we bring new ideas to life. You’ll experience the breadth of what makes Suja Life special while helping drive our growth agenda for years to come.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own project intake: Manage intake and RFP completeness, clarifying scope, objectives, entry type, and timing with requestors. Bring requests forward for prioritization and owner assignment.
- Build one integrated plan: Build project timelines with project leads and functional partners. Maintain milestones, dependencies, launch-wave calendars, customer timing integration, and flag problems or conflicts early.
- Coordinate stage gates: Schedule gate reviews and confirm inputs are ready, working within the stage-gate process owned by Commercial Strategy. Capture decisions, actions, and owners in Asana and in meeting recaps, and follow through on commitments.
- Be the Sales liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales on requests, timing, and project updates. Coordinate customer meeting preparation needs, customer meeting reset calendar visibility to the team, and follow-ups.
- Make progress and risk visible: Maintain a shared view of project status, blockers, and upcoming decisions across the portfolio. Escalate risks and timing implications to project leads and the Sr. Director for resolution.
- Support clean handoffs: Coordinate handoffs between Portfolio Strategy and Commercial Strategy, and broader Growth Marketing team and in-house Design Studio, so every team has the right context at the right time.
- Put process into practice: Apply the intake, stage-gate, and decision standards established by Commercial Strategy, and bring forward launch learnings and recurring issues to improve how work moves.
- Be a great teammate: Partner closely with project leads and cross-functional teams in a highly visible role. We aim to have clear project owners and a supportive team that helps each other succeed.
