Job summary

Super is seeking a Product / Commercial Data Scientist to join a fast-growing team at the intersection of product, commercial, and marketing strategy. You’ll run analyses that inform how millions engage with our products and help shape roadmaps through rigorous experimentation and data storytelling.

Apply your SQL and statistical skills, leverage AI tools to accelerate insights, and build dashboards to automate intelligence across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of analytics/product data science experience with clear recommendations.
• SQL fluency (Snowflake) with statistical/experimental methods and data storytelling (Tableau).
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude/Gemini) to accelerate analytics and experimentation.
• Degree in quantitative field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the Decision Engine: run deep-dive analyses into customer behaviour and performance.
• Shape Strategy with Data: inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies with insights.
• Automate Intelligence: define metrics, build dashboards, create reusable analytics frameworks.
• Partner Across the Business: collaborate with PMs, Commercial leads, Engineers, Designers, and Marketers.
• Tackle Ambiguity: translate questions into sharp analytical problems.
