James Hardie Corporation is seeking a Product Codes & Compliance Program Manager to blend program management with product compliance engineering. You will embed regulatory requirements into the innovation process and support North American product release readiness.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Operations, and Product Management, coordinating tests, documentation, and certifications to ensure safe, compliant product introductions in the US and Canada.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $115,000K to $125,000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
