Responsibilities

• Monitor account progress and assist with resolving customer concerns.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and account updates.
• Support product launches, onboarding, and account maintenance activities.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure all account processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
