You will be the first contact for plan sponsors and employers via phone and email, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to flag trends and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or contact center, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years delivering customer experiences via phone and email; Payroll, Benefits, or HR Tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to B2B customers via phone and email.
• Manage inbound/outbound queues, balance urgency and response times.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to resolve issues.
• Identify trends and surface insights to improve product and processes.
• Navigate Talkdesk, Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, Confluence and Jira securely.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through to resolution.
• Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and speed of support.
