Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Production Team member for a 6-month defined-term role on the 2nd shift (11am–7:30pm) in Quincy, MA. You will assemble components, operate equipment and inspect in-process devices, ensuring quality and adherence to procedures while meeting production goals. Requires 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Onsite five days a week. Relocation not offered. Sponsor and visa not provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Builds product by following all processes in which certified and complete other assigned work while meeting production goals.
• Responsible for quality and 100% adherence to manufacturing process requirements, the Boston Scientific Corporation Quality Policy and the SQP.
• Proactively identifies and communicates quality issues and concerns.
• Maintains accurate records including training and shop floor paperwork (DHR).
• Willing to participate in shared responsibilities and tasks.
• Champions the “flex strategy”, rotates as necessary and works well with group members, both within the team and cross-functionally.
• Demonstrates proficiency in all communication, including written and spoken.
• Ability to use computers at a basic level.
• Lifting up to 35lbs occasionally, Standing, Bending, Reaching required
• Understand and apply Core 5 Metrics in relation to the daily tasks.
• Must have working knowledge of all processes in assigned area.
• Understand and ensures compliance of BSC, site specific and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and site internal audits and third party inspections.
