Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Associate in Healthcare Payments to support the product development process for Consumer Receivables and Digital Channels. You will work closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners to discover innovative solutions addressing market needs and contribute to the success of our payment platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain.
• Developing knowledge of the product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery.
• Emerging ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making around payment card devices, card and eCheck processing, and merchant funding.
• Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions - including payment terminals, transaction processing, and digital payment channels.
• Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
• Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
• Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value.
• Assists with competitive analysis, vendor evaluation, and market research related to payment technology and healthcare payment trends.
• Supports backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordination with engineering teams through the SDLC.
