Job Details

Title: Sr Technical Architect (TMS/Customer Success)

Location: Virtual within the US or Canada

Travel: 50% - 75% based on project needs

Overview

Blue Yonder is a leader in AI-driven supply chain platform solutions, helping companies optimize forecasting, capacity, inventory, and transportation management. We are seeking a technically strong individual with hands-on experience in implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and deep industry knowledge to join our Consulting Services Team.

Responsibilities

1. Deploy and maintain TMS solutions, configuring them to meet customer business processes.
2. Identify root causes of problems from various angles and promote this approach within the team.
3. Facilitate workshops and create design documents for integrations with Blue Yonder Platform and APIs, including SSO protocols.
4. Develop and analyze performance test scripts.
5. Configure Job Server during deployment.
6. Embrace new challenges, learn continuously, and foster a thriving team environment.

Key Activities

1. Serve as a technical owner and participate in key project meetings with stakeholders.
2. Ensure effective knowledge transfer to customer teams.
3. Communicate business needs and product enhancements to management teams.
4. Coordinate with Product teams on new features and releases.
5. Support post-go-live stability and value realization with support teams.
6. Conduct technical analysis sessions and develop functional solutions.
7. Provide support including QA, environment setup, troubleshooting, and performance testing.
8. Work on product implementation, enhancements, and integrations as part of a cloud team.

Experience & Skills

• 10+ years in operations, configurations, and cloud integrations; relevant experience can be less with industry-specific knowledge (~5 years).
• Expertise in TMS product integration, Azure architecture, QA, and system testing.
• Experience in management consulting or supply chain centers is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Webservices – SOAP, RESTful APIs
• Oracle RDBMS, Java, Windows/Unix OS
• SQL, PL/SQL, Cognos, Power BI, troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of transportation domain, Data Science, AI/ML, Azure integration, Snowflake

Education

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $110,000 - $136,000, with performance bonuses or commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, flexible time off, fitness programs, and voluntary benefits.
