Job Description: INFINITT Radiology PACS Product Specialist

The Radiology PACS Product Specialist will function as a resource for the INFINITT Radiology PACS support team. In this position, you will be responsible for learning the INFINITT PACS Product from a training/demo perspective, support, and product implementations.
Principle Functions
- Radiology PACS Application Training
- Supporting Help Desk tickets with application training and questions.
- Providing remote training for INFINITT Radiology PACS implementations.
- Participate in on-site implementation and provide training to all users (System Admins, Super Users, Radiologists, Transcriptionists, etc.)
- Radiology PACS Subject Matter Expert for Implementations
- Overseeing the creation of the RADIOLOGY PACS Statement of Work
- Initial preparatory build of RADIOLOGY PACS environments within an INFINITT PACS environment
- Primary education for customer on environment preparation, base accounts build, system rules, hanging protocols, etc.
- Primary resource for end user education
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are accounted for on the project plan, with accurate assignments and deadlines. Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on time from a product readiness and education perspective.
- RADIOLOGY PACS Product Support
- Provide telephone, remote access, and email support to INFINITT RADIOLOGY PACS customers.
- On occasion, provide on-site support to customers – this can include driving and/or flying to customer locations.
- Go-Live and On-site Support
- Traveling to facilities to support INFINITT implementations or supporting remotely.
- Troubleshooting issues for INFINITT RADIOLOGY PACS product or triaging the issue to appropriate resources.
- Identify concerns during Implementation and escalate accordingly
Secondary Functions
- Demonstrations
- On-site or remote sales support, which includes demonstrations of the INFINITT product and/or workflow discussions.
- Attendance of conferences and tradeshows for demonstration of the INFINITT product.
- Learning and keeping up to date on industry trends.
- Radiology PACS Support
- Learn the Radiology PACS product to the appropriate tier
- Be capable of supporting Radiology PACS needs as a secondary role to supporting the RADIOLOGY PACS customer needs
Essential Experience
The RADIOLOGY PACS Product Specialist should have a Radiology Background with at least 3 years in a clinical setting and/or knowledge in workflow and imaging, preferably from the industry side. The specialist should have experience and competency in using the software within a radiologist’s workflow- either as a superuser, trainer, or specialist of a similar product. Knowledge and hands on experience with PACS is a plus.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Public speaking to small and large audiences
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge and experience of hospital systems, modalities, and workflows
