Job summary

C100 Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking a Product Application Manager to optimize customer process performance by recommending cost-effective solutions. You will bridge R&D, Sales, and customers, delivering technical support, training, and trials to drive business objectives.

The role involves leading cross-functional efforts, developing technical content, and traveling to customer sites about half the time, with a home-based office option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (MS/MBA preferred) in Chemistry, Engineering, or any business area.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing and technical capacity.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer sites.
• Willingness to work from a home-based office.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to sales and operations teams, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Manage customer trials and project delivery with technical reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers, R&D, and Operations to develop new products and solutions.
• Identify customer needs and propose products aligned with portfolio strategy.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, case studies, and training.
• Lead cost-using and process improvement initiatives for key accounts.
• Monitor competitive technologies and support product strategy.
