Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Health in Austin, TX is hiring a Lead Product Analyst for CDS Adoption & Engagement. You will own adoption and engagement analytics across clinical decision support products, querying usage data and turning findings into actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and commercial teams.

You will build dashboards, define success metrics for launches and experiments, and partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Customer Success to improve adoption and value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics or related roles.
• Strong SQL or equivalent data-querying skills.
• Experience turning data into actionable product insights.
• Ability to build dashboards and recurring reports.
• Good communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with product, design, analytics, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define adoption, engagement, funnel, and usage metrics for CDS products.
• Query product usage data to analyze clicks, journeys, cohorts, and segments.
• Identify which interactions drive action and where workflows lag.
• Build dashboards and recurring views for product teams.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics for launches and experiments.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations for leadership and teams.
• Improve instrumentation and metric definitions for data quality.
