Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in a quantitative field with analytics focus.
• Experience synthesizing insights for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C, Scala, Alteryx, or Presto.
• Experience creating data visualizations with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with large data sets, SQL or Hadoop, and data workflows.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and machine learning basics.

Responsibilities

• Support product and marketing teams to develop and execute research plans analyzing customer preferences and behaviors.
• Analyze market activity to inform potential new products and features.
• Evaluate incremental value of marketing campaigns and A/B tests.
• Synthesize insights into key findings for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive analytics strategy, data infrastructure, and model development to grow savings products.
• Analyze customer journeys across Web and Mobile and improve experience.
• Build automated reporting, tools, and models to gain customer insights and action.
• Collaborate with partners to evaluate data sources and analytic tools.
