Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking an Associate Product Specialist in Newark, NJ. You will support the promotional roadmap, update product setup details with the Japan BU, and help track launches and campaigns across PSI, marketing, and sales teams.

You will analyze POS trends, prepare monthly reports, and assist in creating presentations for leadership and cross-functional review, while collaborating with the product manager to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0–2 years of consumer electronics/product management experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist updating promotional roadmap and cost simulation.
• Coordinate product setup information with Japan BU and track launches.
• Assist sales forecasting, POS trend analysis, and monthly presentations.
• Generate weekly reports from POS systems and publish market/campaign reports.
• Submit RFAs, manage budget tracking, and process orders with internal teams.
• Support events and meetings with data presentation and collateral.
• Report to the product manager and assist across PSI, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
