Job summary

CEI is seeking a Product Analyst to optimize SAP WM/Stock Room workflows and warehouse operations. You will map processes, elicit requirements, and craft user stories, while aligning with Agile teams to drive system improvements.

The role collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to support testing, UAT, and implementation in a hybrid Orlando setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements.
• Process mapping experience including current-state and future-state workflows.
• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and validation activities.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Contract: 12 months initial with potential for extension of up to 22 months or conversion to full time

Overview

Our Client is seeking a Product Analyst to support the optimization and modernization of warehouse management systems and warehouse operations, with a focus on SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM) and SAP Stock Room Management. This role partners closely with warehouse operations, product teams, and technical stakeholders to map processes, gather requirements, develop user stories, support testing, and drive system improvements.
