A leading company in the insurance and finance sector is looking for a Product Analyst to support their Product Management team. In this role, you will analyze trends and customer needs, create product requirement documents, and track product performance metrics to align with business goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.
As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Product Management team by analyzing trends and customer needs for our Cover360 product. You will assist in the creation of product requirement documents that outline product specifications and requirements, as well as track and evaluate product performance metrics to align with business goals.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Create and maintain reports on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Develop, update, and maintain product and release documentation, including release notes and system guides, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Design and refine product support materials (e.g., visual collaboration documents, workflows, specifications) tailored for various audiences.
Analyze data to track the success of implemented solutions, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.
Analyze needs and prioritize projects/initiatives aligned with product goals. This includes identifying customer problems, defining and prototyping solutions, developing user stories, monitoring ticket status, and coordinating release processes.
Support the Product Management team in creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), with a focus on technical analysis, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct competitive analysis of products and market trends to provide actionable insights on market positioning and product differentiation.
Perform thorough market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
Identify and advocate for process improvements, contributing to the implementation of best practices within the Product Management team.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst capacity.
Proven analytical and conceptual thinking skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with cross functional teams.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Bachelor’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, marketing, mathematics or related field.
Experience with SQL databases, including experience with constructing SQL queries.
Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet tight deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
