Job summary

Blue KC is seeking a Product Manager to oversee assigned insurance products and projects, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies. You will help define product requirements and assist in developing strategies for our insurance offerings, with primary emphasis on regulatory filings.

Collaborate with product management, compliance, and other teams to analyze competitors, pricing, and market tactics, and provide subject-matter guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Understanding of product management principles and methodologies within the insurance sector.
