Product Analyst - Onsite Cincinnati, OH area

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business situations
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and partner management capabilities
• Demonstrated success in gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with solution validation, process improvement, and change management
• Knowledge of regulatory and operational considerations in equity compensation programs
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, other scripting languages) to support technical analysis (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 6 to 9 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
