PhoenixTeam is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Legacy Platform Modernization for a federal client. You will perform current-state analysis, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping, documenting requirements and non-functional rules for each loan servicing capability.

You will build integration maps, data flows, and future-state processes while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements including user stories and non-functional requirements.
• Strong current-state analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communications with attention to detail.
• Ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks and lead in ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Support legacy platform modernization assessment across Requirements and Solutioning workstreams.
• Conduct current-state analysis of the servicer portal, databases, and integrations.
• Plan and facilitate value stream sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Document current-state processes and create maps, wireframes, and future-state flows.
• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for each capability.
• Create epics, features, user stories, data mappings, and reports in Jira/Confluence.
