Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst II in Los Angeles, CA to help develop data-driven digital healthcare products. You will partner with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and support the delivery of analytics and digital solutions.

Responsibilities include shaping product roadmaps, driving analytics, and enabling data-informed decisions across the organization. Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and Agile work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or related experience.
• Experience working within a Cerner (Oracle Health) environment.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience creating user stories and working in Agile environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop workflow diagrams and process documentation to support solution design and implementation
• Conduct market and industry research to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

• Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
