Job summary

Broadridge is hiring a Product Analyst to support product roadmap and backlog development, translating client, regulatory, and business needs into clear requirements and deliverables. You will partner with product leadership and development teams to define scope, manage risks, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.

The role involves generating scope of work, BRD/FRD documentation, breaking down projects into deliverables, and ensuring customer needs are conveyed to developers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business required, 0-3 years in brokerage operations or brokerage systems development.
• Excellent communication (oral, written, standup presentation, developing rapport with internal and external clients), analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Experience with ShadowSuite is a plus.
• Technology development experience is a plus.
• Previous experience on vendor side or working with geographically dispersed groups is a plus.
• Certificates or coursework in financial products is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding in the areas of software development life cycle, database and system design, understanding of technical architecture, messaging and database schema, rudimentary SQL knowledge for testing and reconciliation.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $70,000- $80,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate’s final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, international locations and education.
