At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

As the Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will be the analytical engine for the Corporate Strategy Team and its work on the most important growth questions for Broadridge, which include AI, tokenization, new growth platforms, and portfolio/investment choices. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executives and senior business leaders, offering an accelerated path to increasing responsibility and leadership within the organization. Given the size of the team and scope of its mandate, you will operate well above your tenure level - driving, not just supporting, strategic decisions with real business impact. We see this as a launchpad role designed to develop future strategic leaders at Broadridge.

You will work closely with other members of this small enterprise team to bring external market perspectives, develop strategic plans, launch new growth initiatives, drive strategic execution, and report on performance and results. You will also partner with business and cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, leverage Broadridge's global platform, develop innovative solutions, and deliver client outcomes and profitable growth.

  • Synthesize data and analytics into relevant insights, actionable recommendations, and clear materials for senior leadership
  • Combine independent thinking with team problem solving to challenge assumptions, reframe issues, and unlock new avenues to growth
  • Communicate credibly with peers and senior leaders in the businesses, representing the strategy team and inspiring confidence in the enterprise growth agenda
  • Organize complex multi-stage workstreams, anticipating and addressing challenges to operating at pace
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, investments, acquisitions, or new market opportunities
Qualifications

  • Experience building financial models and strategic presentations
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or FinTech
  • Exposure to strategic planning or enterprise transformation initiatives
