Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Shepherdsville, KY, invites students for a JJT IM SCT Deliver Distribution Co-Op, Technical Product Analyst role. You will support the development of product strategies focusing on reliability and automation in warehouse operations, working with engineering, IT, and operations teams.

The position targets students pursuing engineering, CS, mechatronics, information systems, or related fields, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Interest in AI and automation frameworks.
• Basic understanding of WCS/WMS concepts, PLCs, industrial networks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL for basic diagnostics and reporting.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile and software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product solutioning workshops inclusive of system design conversations to determine business value.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs and contribute to solution design and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs/user stories for initiatives across IMWCS Deliver product strategies; support deployments.
• Support cross-functional Go-Live initiatives.
• Learn and apply SAFe and product management methodologies in solution delivery.
