Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Shepherdsville, KY is offering a JJT IM SCT Deliver Distribution Co-Op, Technical Product Analyst. You will support the development and execution of product strategies focused on the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of automated warehouse operations, working with engineering, IT, and operations teams.

If you’re pursuing a degree in CS/Engineering with strong analytical and communication skills, this co-op provides hands-on experience with WCS/WMS

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IS/Engineering/Business or related field with strong analytical and communication skills.
Currently enrolled in a related program with interest in AI and automation technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team and must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Participate in product solutioning workshops to determine how we deliver business value.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs and contribute to solution design and documentation.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications/user stories for initiatives across IMWCS Deliver.
Support deployments and cutovers (shadowing and assisting senior staff).
Support Go-Live initiatives and learn agile/SAFe practices.
Learn product strategy, integration technologies, and customer experience solutions.
