Johnson & Johnson invites highly motivated students for a Co-Op in IMWM delivering Distribution product solutions in a fast-paced setting. You'll work on ERP implementations and WMS enhancements within an SCRUM/SAFe framework.

Location alternatives include Somerset, NJ or Shepherdsville, KY; gain hands-on experience in supply chain technology, product management, and business process automation while learning through real deliverables.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Interest in AI and automation frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile development practices (SAFe preferred) and SDLC including product documentation.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn about product strategy, integration technologies, and customer experience solutions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with ownership mindset.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in product solutioning workshops and system design discussions to deliver business value.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs and contribute to design and documentation.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for initiatives across IMWM Deliver product strategies.
Support ERP implementation go-live and related activities.
Learn and apply SAFe agile methods and product management guidelines in solution delivery.
Attend and contribute in PI planning and SCRUM ceremonies; assist with test executions.
Help track and report product outcomes, sprint-by-sprint and PI metrics for decision making.
