Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a JJT IM SCT Deliver Distribution Co-Op, Technical Product Analyst, in Shepherdsville, KY. You will support development and execution of product strategies for automated warehouse operations, working with engineering, IT, operations, and partners.

The role emphasizes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, data analysis, and documenting technical details while gaining hands-on experience with WCS/WMS platforms and PLC integrations in a regulated warehouse

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Interest in AI and automation frameworks.
Basic understanding of WCS/WMS, PLCs, and industrial networks.
Familiarity with SQL for diagnostics and reporting.
Familiarity with SAFe and SDLC and product documentation.

Responsibilities

Participate in product solutioning workshops and system design discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs.
Translate business requirements into technical specs and user stories for initiatives.
Support go-live activities and deployment cutovers.
Learn and apply SAFe and product-management guidelines in delivery.
