Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Product Analyst Co-Op in our Information Technology department in Wichita, KS. The role sits on a larger product team that partners with FHR capabilities to deliver a technology roadmap that improves work processes.

The co-op is in-office, 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility around school schedules. The team focuses on optimizing data management and delivering technology solutions that create competitive advantages across the business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program related to MIS, CS, Data Analytics or related field
• Strong communication and fast-paced learning aptitude
• Currently residing in Wichita, KS or surrounding area
• Eligible for employment in the United States by 2028
• Interest in AI or generative tools (projects or coursework)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and business to configure technology enabling work processes
• Support quality of releases via test automation scripts, test cases, and regression testing
• Coordinate with partners to conduct user acceptance testing
• Capture, analyze, and document functional requirements for IT capabilities
• Help ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables across IT teams
• Recommend product enhancements to optimize workflows
• Learn new systems quickly and contribute to team deliverables
