Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Product Analyst Co-Op in the Information Technology department in Wichita, KS. This in-office role will be part of a larger product team that partners with capabilities to deliver a technology roadmap that transforms work processes.

You will collaborate with Product Owners to configure technology and assist with QA, documenting functional requirements and testing. The position offers 15-25 hours per week with flexibility around school schedules and

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to MIS, CS, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
Strong initiative, curiosity, communication skills, and ability to learn quickly.
Residing in Wichita, KS or surrounding area and eligible for part-time/temporary employment during studies.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Owners and business to configure technology enabling work processes.
Assist in quality assurance including creation of test cases and regression testing.
Coordinate with business to conduct user acceptance testing.
Capture, analyze, and document functional requirements for IT capabilities.
Support project deliverables across IT capabilities to meet timelines.
Suggest enhancements to optimize work processes and learn new systems quickly.
Contribute to a collaborative product team delivering innovative IT solutions.
