Job description

The Senior Product Analyst will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define, implement, and optimize solutions. This team member will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into actionable build items and implemented efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deliverables with accuracy and independence.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Partner with development and product teams to prepare and groom features for upcoming sprints.
  • Support configuration and testing of releases.
  • Distinguish between defect, enhancement, and net-new build requests and advise on appropriate requirement execution approaches.
  • Conduct post-release analysis and reporting to measure feature effectiveness.
  • Manage stakeholder intake requests and prioritize defects and enhancements accordingly.
  • Participate in workflow design and validate end-user impact prior to release.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of internal products (and understand how it integrates with other systems) and upcoming roadmap features.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, development, and stakeholders to report progress and risks.
  • Drive coordination and accountability across the team to ensure project completion.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills; experience working with all levels and skills of team members.
  • Experience user story documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated strength in driving alignment, driving tough decisions, and overcoming resistance in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience as a bridge between product management and software development.
  • Proficient with Office Suite software, JIRA, Confluence, Fresh Service and Lucid Chart.
  • Technical documentation skills, including both data analysis and data visualization.
  • Analytical and detail oriented, while managing the ability to elevate conversations to ensure overarching goals are met.
  • Experience working with Fully Offshore India Development teams.
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in management, engineering, or equivalent field and experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in software product Analyst (requirement writing), QA, Documentation, or Software Customer Support.
  • Proven experience with software product lifecycle (SDLC) and SCRUM methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Agile SCRUM, Pragmatic Marketing, or equivalent certifications a plus.
