Job summary

Peek is seeking a curious, data-driven Product Analyst who can turn web analytics into actionable insights. You will work with product, marketing, engineering, finance, and success teams to support analytics initiatives and drive data-informed decisions for our AI-powered SaaS booking platform.

Responsibilities include acquiring and interpreting data, delivering custom data solutions, collaborating to improve data quality, and exploring AI tools to streamline analyses and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience deriving insight from large datasets as a product or data analyst in a SaaS software organization.
• 1-2 years of experience writing SQL against large and complex data sets.
• 1-2 years of experience with web and mobile analytics platforms (MixPanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Heap, Pendo, etc).
• 1-2 years of experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc).
• Experience with analytical databases (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) or transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL).
• Experience using generative AI or LLMs to streamline workflows and reporting.
• Clear communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring, organizing, measuring, and interpreting data from primary and secondary sources to support analytic initiatives.
• Identify product opportunities and performance trends using appropriate analytical techniques.
• Deliver custom data solutions to partners with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with data and software engineering teams to support data warehouse and data marts.
• Assist in preparing and delivering analytics projects with high quality and timeliness.
• Work with product, marketing, and success teams to enhance revenue capabilities of the SaaS booking platform.
