Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Product Analyst II to partner with multiple business units and translate complex data into actionable business insights. You will work within the Data Platform organization reporting to the Head of Data Platform, collaborating with Product, FP&A, Data Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

You will help develop models, evaluate new features, and build metrics to inform pricing and monetization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a highly analytical role, with at least 1 year in a product analytics/data science role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehouse principles; bonus for dbt experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on data and experiments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to distill complex analytical solutions into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with prioritization skills; drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• A-player mindset with a bias for action: raise the bar, move with urgency, and own outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand products and customers.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences across the organization.
• Collaborate with product owners and finance to analyze value of features and projects.
• Develop customer profiles and metrics to inform pricing and monetization strategies.
• Develop AI context and evaluations to enable self-serve data models.
