Job summary

Getevolved is seeking a Product Analyst to support stakeholders and products in our Open Banking Division. You will coordinate with client-facing teams, update external documentation, and publish release notes.

You will also draft root cause analyses, manage service-issue notifications, and analyze data extracts to identify patterns in the payments lifecycle. Strong communication and SaaS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or 5 years of payments experience in lieu of degree.
• 2 years in the payments industry (bank, FinTech, ISO or equivalent).
• 2 years experience managing SaaS or financial products.
• Demonstrated history of working with technical and operational teams.
• Strong communications skills; ability to distill complex concepts into problem statements.
• Experience with designing and troubleshooting data extracts, APIs, and payment processing.
• Ability to query data tables and identify patterns and failure points across the payments life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support client facing product team communications.

• Support client issue MGMT and client research requests.

• Query data tables and review data reporting for themes and discrepancies.
• Address inbound ticket requests from internal teams and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders to enable progress.
• Develop project timelines based on internal discussions.
• Track milestone completion with ownership mindset.
• Track and manage multiple efforts and identify themes across issues.
