Job summary

Evolve Bank & Trust is seeking a Product Analyst to support stakeholders and products in its Open Banking Division. The role involves coordinating client-facing communications, maintaining external doc sites, and drafting root-cause analyses while tracking milestones across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL, Power BI, and data analysis skills, plus experience with APIs, SaaS products, and payment processing. This is an in-office role in Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or computer science.
• 5+ years payments experience or related field.
• 2 years in payments industry at bank/FinTech/ISO or equivalent.
• 2 years managing SaaS or financial products.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Support client-facing product team communications.
• Coordinate content updates on external doc sites and ensure accuracy over time.
• Collaborate with marketing on release notes and announcements.
• Draft and publish root cause analysis statements.
• Track project milestones and ownership across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders to enable progress and consensus.
• Review data extracts discrepancies and reported transaction anomalies.
• Query data tables and review reporting for patterns and discrepancies.

The Product Analyst will support stakeholders and products in our Open Banking Division.

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support client facing product team communications.
• Manage external doc site updates & ensure content accuracy over time.
• Coordinate with Evolve marketing team on release notes + announcements.
• Draft & publish root cause analysis statements.
• Manage product status board notifications in case of service issues.
• Support client issue MGMT + clients research requests.
• Review data extracts discrepancies and reported transaction anomalies.
• Query data tables & review data reporting for themes and discrepancies.
• Address inbound ticket requests from internal teams & provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders to enable progress.
• Obtain consensus across multiple departmental stakeholders.
• Develop project timelines based on internal discussions.
• Track project milestone completion with ownership mindset.
• Track and manage multiple efforts at once and identify themes across separate issues.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, business, or computer science.
• 5 years related payments experience accepted in leu of Bachelor's degree.
• 2 years working in payments industry at bank, FinTech, ISO or equivalen.t
• 2 years of experience managing SaaS or financial products.
• Demonstrated history of working with technical and operational teams.

Key Competencies

• Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts into problem statements.
• Prior experience with designing and troubleshooting data extracts, APIs and payment processing.
• Ability to query data tables and identify patterns and failure points across the payment life cycle.
• Must be solutions oriented and advocate for positive client experience.
• Technical Skills: SQL, Power BI, Markdown.
• UI Skills: ADO/Zendesk (or similar ticketing system), ReadMe.
