Job description

monday.com is looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. You will drive key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at finding new and existing opportunities for our product. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

• Play a critical role in promoting data-driven decision-making and optimize our product to directly impact the success and growth of our platform
• Be the primary analytical focal point for your group and main stakeholders
• Lead deep dive analysis to uncover new opportunities and directly determine the product roadmap
• Responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations to enhance our product offerings
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics
• Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data-driven insights

Your Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
• Proficiency level of SQL - must
• You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
• You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. You know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting model
• You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
• You have a passion for making sense of user behaviour, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
• You are a curious, independent and rigorous individual
• You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, SQL
