An established industry player in financial services is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to join their innovative Product Analytics team. About the Team
We are a Product Analytics team reporting under the Digital Product Management organization for Silicon Valley Bank’s Commercial Business Unit, which is a subsidiary of First Citizens Bank. We are building a highly reliable and available analytics platform that provides timely and actionable insights to our product teams, helping them understand our users better and exploring untapped opportunities to build and optimize SVB users' digital experience, thereby empowering them to achieve digital optimization and deliver high performing, sought after digital products of SVB.
Job Summary
As a Digital Product Analyst in the Digital Product Management org, you are responsible for analysis at the highest level of complexity and data expertise. You can translate business questions into analytics tasks, collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), build customized analytical solutions, customize data and ML models and provide actionable insights to relevant parties that answer critical business questions related to Digital product feature adoption, performance, customer satisfaction and revenue. You will participate in the design and delivery solutions (e.g., data profiling, understanding of various applications and their data landscape withing the bank, data sourcing [ETL techniques], creating analytics dashboards mostly on Tableau, creating data models, visualization schemes, etc.) to meet our org’s analytics needs. Perform data analysis with attention to detail, rigor, and robustness. You can articulate complex issues in easy-to-understand ways, ask the right questions to gather necessary inputs, and are excellent in technical interpretation of business applications. You have prior experience or knowledge in how Digital applications in a Commercial Bank setting are configured and understand its data landscape. You are proactive and great at investigating as well as documenting how the data flows withing different organizations and are great at identifying gaps, proposing the right solutions yet building metrics as the solutions are being worked upon. You are great at following the intake process, prioritizing work, and understanding which tools are used for what type of analytics. You are a team player and may provide a leadership role for the work group.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting
Preferred Area of Study: Computer science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or relevant fields
Preferred Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or relevant fields with 6 plus years of experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
Required Area of Experience in 5 or more areas listed below:
Proficient in SAS application, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
