Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst for the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions team.

You will partner with Product Leaders, business stakeholders, Technology, Operations and Compliance to define, analyze, and deliver solutions for SPS products and services. The role requires gathering and validating complex requirements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication to align cross-functional teams while driving process improvements with ownership

Job description

The Product Analyst is a key member of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions organization. This individual partners with Product Leaders, Business Stakeholders, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions supporting SPS products and services.

• Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Pay Range for this role is $38-43/hr depends on the specific experience.
