Job summary

Fidelity Life Association is seeking an actuarial analytics professional to develop and analyze product performance across Term Life, Whole Life, and indexed products. You will partner with underwriting and pricing teams to deliver insights that drive profitability and product innovation.

A strong foundation in Excel, SQL, and data visualization will be essential, with exposure to modern analytics tools expected.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, business, finance or related field.
Completion of 2+ SOA exams preferred; active progress toward ASA designation expected.
Familiarity with life insurance products, experience studies, dashboards, and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze experience reports for term life, whole life, and IUL products.
Analyze placement, persistency, claims, expenses, and underwriting outcomes to identify trends.
Prepare KPI reports and dashboards for product reviews and executive updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into profitable growth actions.
Support new product development with sizing, market analysis, pricing inputs, and launch metrics.
Monitor product portfolio performance and recommend improvements.
Document methods and data definitions for repeatable analyses.
Assist in state filings documentation for new/existing products.
Support development and validation of actuarial models and pricing analyses.
