Job summary

Brooks Running in Seattle seeks a Manager, Product Development, Footwear Innovation to lead the footwear innovation development team from concept through production. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in athletic footwear product development.
• 3+ years of proven leadership of high-functioning teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with cross‑functional partners.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to connect the dots and influence decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead footwear innovation development from concept to production and ensure on-time delivery.
• Guide cross-functional teams across the US, Asia, and factories; ensure manufacturability and performance standards.
