The Finance Director is responsible for structuring finance deals for all producers and for keeping up with all federal, state, local laws and ensuring they are being followed. It is also the expected that the Director will manage deal flow to maximize profit, manage department revenue which includes charge-backsand adjustments including contracts in transit.
