Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager in Dearborn, MI. You will continue originating loans while building a team, with processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support provided.

Expect base earnings plus commission and branch overrides, plus a sign-on bonus. You will recruit and coach loan officers, grow the branch's P&L, and maintain your own production pipeline within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary + commission on personal production + branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.
