PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who will continue origination while building and leading a branch. You’ll be supported by processing, underwriting, closing and back-office teams to keep your focus on production and coaching.

Compensation includes an $80K–$220K base with commission on personal production, a branch override, and a sign-on bonus. This on-site role is based in Flint, MI with full benefits.

Qualifications

• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with Principal Lending license or ability to obtain where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary + commission on personal production + branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player‑coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
