Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Warren, MI to continue originating purchase and refinance loans and help grow a high-performing team.

You will keep your own deals while we provide processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support. Earn an $80K–$220K base plus commission on personal production and branch overrides, with a sign-on bonus available. Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, and help lead the branch's culture and P&L.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with a Principal Lending license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach or team lead ready for own branch.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary + commission on personal production + branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
