Job summary

PRMI in Lansing, MI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage (Loan Officer to Leader). You will continue originating while we supply processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time focuses on production, recruiting and coaching.

You must have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination and be an active licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). A Principal Lending license or eligibility is required as needed.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.
