Job summary

Griffin Funding, Inc. seeks a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the San Diego headquarter and growth strategy. You will own production, headcount planning, and growth, while actively engaging on the floor and helping with tough files.

You will coach a team on non-QM products, DSCR, bank statements, and asset depletion. Relentless focus on pipeline health, recruiting, and performance will define success.

Qualifications

• Direct non-QM experience with DSCR, bank statement, or similar non-agency products.
• Consumer direct experience managing high-volume inbound leads.
• Proven sales leadership with track record of LO production and retention.
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one, including CA licensing.
• Comfort with a metrics-driven environment and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Own branch funded volume, lock volume, and pull-through.
• Grow the San Diego branch toward $30M per month in funded volume.
• Coach non-QM proficiency across DSCR, bank statement, asset depletion, and 1099.
• Run call observation and scorecard reviews weekly.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard experienced consumer direct loan officers.
