What You’ll Do:

• Translate scripted scenes into cinematic visual sequences using our AI production tools
• Select, refine, and iterate on generated footage with a strong eye for tone, performance, and composition
• Shape narrative pacing by knowing when to linger, when to cut, and when to simplify
• Build cohesive short films from script to final cut
• Push back thoughtfully on scripts, shot choices, or visual directions when something isn’t landing
• Maintain emotional continuity and character integrity throughout the edit
• Balance creative ambition with practical execution

Salary is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the requirements of the role, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
