NOW HIRING: PRODUCER / CLASS A DRIVER

Long Beach, CA | Full-Time | $72,000–$105,000 DOE

We are a fast-paced Experiential Marketing Agency based in Long Beach, California, specializing in brand activations, live events and trade shows, throughout Southern California and across the U.S.

We’re looking for an experienced Producer / Class A Driver who brings more than just professional driving experience. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being part of the full event process from transporting equipment and trailers to leading onsite setups and breakdowns.

About The Role

The Producer / Class A Driver will transport event equipment, trailers, and assets to locations throughout Southern California and across the country. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and onsite teams to ensure events are delivered, set up, and executed successfully.

When not traveling or assigned to an event, you’ll support warehouse and operational needs, including equipment organization, loading and unloading, vehicle care, and general preparation for upcoming events.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport event equipment, trailers, and materials to locations throughout Southern California and across the U.S.
• Lead and support onsite event setups and breakdowns with assigned event staff.
• Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure event logistics and setups are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with loading and unloading event equipment and materials.
• Help organize, prepare, and maintain equipment between events.
• Support vehicle care, maintenance coordination, and general fleet readiness.
• Assist with warehouse and operational needs when not assigned to driving or traveling events.
• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and help ensure successful event execution.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Experience in experiential marketing, live events, touring, trade shows, event production, or a similar environment preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working hands‑on with event equipment and supporting setup and breakdown
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with event and account teams
• Flexibility to travel nationwide and work varied schedules, including nights and weekends when required by event schedules
• Must be based in or able to regularly report to Long Beach, California
